1. Definitions
- 1.1 Company: Refers to CARTIST SURVEYING & EVALUATING SERVICES L.L.C, the provider of car valuation services.
- 1.2 Customer: Refers to any individual or entity using our website or services.
- 1.3 Services: Refers to the car valuation services provided by the Company as per the license.
2. Eligibility
2.1 By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
3. Service Process
3.1 Customers are required to provide accurate and complete details of their vehicle, including but not limited to the make, model, year, mileage, and preferred inspection location. Upon submission, the Customer will receive an acknowledgment email with the recorded vehicle details.
3.2 After acknowledgment, the Customer is required to make the service payment. Once payment is received, the vehicle check will take place either by:
- An evaluator visiting the vehicle, or
- The Customer presenting the vehicle at one of the Company’s listed third-party inspection centers.
3.3 Following the inspection and review, the Company will determine the valuation and issue the official digital valuation certificate. The certificate will be sent to the Customer’s registered email.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 The fees for the services are as specified on our website or communicated via email.
4.2 Payments must be made in full and are non-refundable once completed.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to change service fees at any time without prior notice; however, changes will not affect orders already in progress.
4.4 The Company uses a third-party payment processor to collect and process fees. By making a payment, the Customer agrees to the terms and policies of the third-party payment provider. The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from the payment process, including but not limited to errors, delays, or unauthorized access to payment information.
5. Non-Refundable Policy
5.1 Due to the nature of the services provided, payments are strictly non-refundable. Customers are advised to carefully review the estimated value and terms before proceeding with payment.
6. Accuracy of Information
6.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided, including vehicle details and images, is accurate and truthful.
6.2 The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information or images provided by the Customer.
6.3 Customers acknowledge that the responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the information and images lies solely with them, and the Company shall not indemnify for any consequences resulting from their submission.
6.4 The Company has the right to change the value if there is any evidence contrary to the information provided.
7. Certificate Validity and Changes
7.1 The official digital valuation certificate issued by the Company is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
7.2 The certificate's validity is void if there are significant changes to the condition of the vehicle after the valuation, such as damage, repairs, or modifications.
7.3 The bank/financier name to which the valuation certificate is addressed cannot be changed after the payment is processed. If a change is required, the Customer must submit a new service request and make the applicable payment.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Company provides valuations based on market data and professional expertise but does not guarantee that the estimated or certified value will match the resale or market value of the vehicle.
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Compliance with UAE Laws
9.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CARTIST SURVEYING & EVALUATING SERVICES L.L.C and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
11. Privacy Policy
